xMAD Search is an information and business-discovery service. It helps visitors find and learn about local businesses.

Listing information may be compiled from publicly available sources and from information supplied by businesses or users. Each listing reflects the information available on the collection or review date shown on that listing.

xMAD does not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or error-free. Verification labels (such as unverified, self-verified, admin-verified or disputed) describe the limited checks xMAD has carried out on a listing; they are not a guarantee of a business's quality, legality or financial standing.

A listing does not imply endorsement, partnership, agency or sponsorship by xMAD unless expressly stated. Please independently verify important information — including identity, pricing, licensing and availability — directly with a business before travelling to it, paying it, or entering into a contract with it.

Listings may link to third-party websites or services. xMAD does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site.

When request submissions are enabled, if you believe information on a listing is inaccurate, or you are connected to a business and wish to claim or manage its listing, or you want a listing removed, you can request a correction, claim, or removal from that listing's page. See the Listing Policy for how these requests are handled.

xMAD may correct, annotate, restrict, suspend or remove any listing at its discretion, including in response to a request or complaint. Reviewing or changing a listing is not itself an admission that the prior information was inaccurate or that xMAD is liable for it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, xMAD excludes or limits its liability for loss or damage arising from: reliance on listing information; use of, or inability to use, this service; any contact, travel, payment or other dealings with a business listed here; and any third-party website, content or service linked from a listing. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not prevent a court from considering a claim.
